New in 2016! Our sixth edition of Beaumont Inn Special Recipes Cookbook features tried and true traditional recipes from our Kentucky restaurants such as Corn Pudding, Frozen Fruit Salad, and Robert E Lee Orange Lemon Cake. Plus, find never published before recipes that have been guest favorites for generations: Mock Scalloped Oysters, Creamy Cheese Grits, and Beaumont Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce. This 2016 edition also includes a little more of the Beaumont story with historic photos and stories about the people who have made and prepared these recipes since the inn opened in 1919. This must souvenir cookbook was edited by Helen Dedman with approximately 170 Kentucky favorite recipes served at Beaumont Inn by five generations of her family. 

We at Beaumont Inn are thrilled and honored to receive the America’s Classic Award in 2015 from the James Beard Foundation, the Oscars of the food world. The America’s Classics Award is given to restaurants that have timeless appeal and are beloved for quality food that reflects the character of their community.
